The Centre of Unity Premananda (CUP) is a no-profit association organising cultural, healthy and spiritual activities, without distinction of creed or religion, in the natural environment of the Umbrian hills of the Amerino, a place favourable to peace of mind, meditation, spiritual search and good health.

The intent of the Centre is to become a meeting point open to all searching for Truth of any creed in a spirit of unity, exchange, mutual understanding and tolerance, discovering in everybody the same divine spark.

The Centre takes inspiration from the teachings of the Master Swami Premananda ( www.sripremananda.org ) :

“Why bother if somebody is Christian, Muslim, Hindu or Buddhist ? These discriminations arise only because of our narrow mind. The soul does not know such discriminations because it is pure and above all.

Your mind is entangled in a vicious circle, try to get out of it.

Be open minded, concentrate your mind on the soul and make it transparent, free and quiet. Follow any religion and think of God in any form, repeat any mantras. All is One and God is One. This is the future truth that I am telling you. It is my teaching for you, try to get used to it.

Everybody knows this truth in the depth of his soul but is not living consequently : one God, one race. There is a need for unity.”
